    beautiful grounds
    accessibility concerns

The outdoor area was a peaceful retreat with beautiful

views of the river. We loved exploring the extensive grounds and the hot tub was a lovely touch for relaxation. However, some common areas could be more easily accessible for those with mobility issues.

    sumptuous breakfast
    lack of evening staff

    Luxurious comfort in nature's embrace

The vast grounds were a hidden paradise where we savored a sumptuous breakfast while basking in the morning sun. The staff made us feel right at home.

The stairs were a workout. Late check-in without assistance could pose challenges for those with heavy bags, but we managed fine. Breakfast timing could be adjusted for early travelers.

    beautiful estate
    cozy decor
    gluten-free options
    lack of staff

The room felt like a hidden gem. Spacious and comfortable, I loved the cozy decor and the abundance of natural light. The breakfast featured amazing gluten-free options, far exceeding my expectations. I enjoyed relaxing in the backyard hot tub surrounded by trees, a perfect setting for a peaceful retreat. However, I noticed the lack of night staff during my stay. While this didn't significantly impact my experience, having someone available for late inquiries may enhance future visits. I can't wait to return in the fall for the beautiful foliage!

    garden view
    plentiful breakfast
    stair access

Spacious room with a lovely garden view, perfect for unwinding. The breakfast served was plentiful, with options that felt a step above generic hotel fare.

Some rooms are on the second floor with no elevator, which can be a hassle for late check-ins or those with heavy bags. The breakfast starts at 9 am, not ideal for early risers, though it’s tasty enough to warrant a slight wait. The mattress might not be everyone's favorite as it tends to get a bit hot during the summer nights.

    warm welcome
    serene surroundings
    hot mattress
    no night staff

The warm welcome from Susie set a lovely tone for my stay! Serenity enveloped the entire place, accentuated by beautiful surroundings. Only downside was the memory foam mattress getting a bit too hot at night. 😌

This was just a fitting option for a short break in Niles with fantastic value. The evening ambiance in the backyard was a surprise treat, really relaxing. Bring your own snacks since there's no late-night food service.
